Ciara Receives MAJOR Backlash For Wearing a Cleavage-Baring Dress to Sing the National Anthem

Forget the College Football Championship! Twitter was abuzz last night with talk of Ciara‘s sparkly (and cleavage-baring) gown that she wore to sing the National Anthem before the game.

Users immediately began commenting on the garment, which featured a mesh cut-out that revealed a good chunk of the 30-year-old’s breasts.
