Coby Bell is an American actor. He is known for his roles on the shows Third Watch, The Game, Burn Notice, and Mad Dogs. He is also a musician and songwriter in a reggae band. He is also known as Colby Bell and Cobins Robins Rue.

Coby is the son of Kathy and Michel Bell, a Broadway actor. His father is African-American. His mother is white, and her surname is of English origin. Coby is married to Aviss Pinkney-Bell, with whom he has four children.

Coby’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Lathrop.
