How tall is Jean Simmons

British actress best remembered for roles in films such as Guys and Dolls, Spartacus, Elmer Gantry, Hamlet, Desiree, Angel Face, The Robe, The Happy Ending, The Grass Is Greener and The Big Country. In a 1949 British Film Annual it mentioned "Jean Simmons is only five feet four inches in height." and in 1957 Jean mentioned "I'm just over five-four, but because my bones are tiny I give smaller."
